• Business contact data for people at companies we or our clients approach: name, job title, employer, business email address, business telephone number, business postal address, and public professional profile information.
• Enquiry data you send us: the contents of your message, and anything you provide when booking a call.
• Basic technical data from the booking provider used to schedule calls.

Business contact data is collected from publicly available sources, including company websites, public registers, planning and regulatory publications, and professional networking sites, and from third party data providers who state they collect it lawfully. Enquiry data comes from you.

• Legitimate interests: contacting people in a professional capacity about services relevant to their role, and operating and improving the systems we build. We have assessed that this does not override your rights, and you can object at any time.
• Consent: where electronic marketing rules require it, for example marketing email to individuals and certain non corporate subscribers. Consent can be withdrawn at any time.
• Contract: to provide services to clients who have engaged us.
• Legal obligation: to keep records we are required to keep.

Service providers that host our systems, send our email, enrich data, and schedule calls, each acting under contract and only on our instructions. Clients, where we operate a system on their behalf and the data belongs to that engagement. Professional advisers and authorities where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.

Some providers process data outside the UK. Where that happens we rely on UK adequacy regulations or on the International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, with appropriate safeguards in place.

Business contact data is kept while it remains accurate and relevant, and is reviewed at least every twenty four months. Opt out records are kept indefinitely so we do not contact you again. Client engagement records are kept for six years after the engagement ends.

You have the right to be informed, and to request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You can object to direct marketing at any time and we will stop.

To exercise any right, write to karl.christiaens@outreachablesolutions.com. We respond within one month. If you are not satisfied you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. Booking a call takes you to a third party scheduling provider, which sets its own cookies under its own privacy policy.
